I've been thinking about this since I got home at 6ish. I understand why they put mental health patients into padded cells, but why give them no form of entertainment. All they get to do all day is sit and think about whatever it is that's making them crazy. Now, I'm no expert on that subject, but it just makes my point... I'm going crazy.. I am... yep... definitely... I just saw Frank outside my window, and he went "wake up" and I went... no Frank, I'm already awake. On another note, it IS possible to stare in your refrigerator contemplating what to eat so long that you aren't sure if you were even hungry in the first place, but know that you definitely aren't now but you need a sweatshirt 'cause it's cold in here and the freezer's starting to thaw, shut the door ryan, shut it... damnit... mmm pickles.... blame canada.... what WOULD Brian Boitano do?? Ok, So I changed my mind already, like that's so uncommon. I don't know what I'm feeling right now, it's undefinable. As I described it to Kyle, it feels like at any given moment I could explode. I don't think i like this, and yet something about it makes me feel happy in a depressed sort of way. It's like, utter happiness covered by an ubiquitous void. Everything I look at and everything I think about makes me happy, but makes me feel an emptiness that I haven't felt... well.. ever. It's odd, it's more than Kyle Syndrome as it has become defined. Especially now. I don't know where I'm going or if any of you will understand, I know Kyle does. I imagined how tough Missoula would've been for the whole summer, but never thought it was like this. I looked and looked by the x-box games and just could not find it anywhere, it was making me angry, I found the ps2 version right away, but I wanted it for x-box. PORT ORANGE, Fla. - A man hit his girlfriend with a 3-foot alligator and threw beer bottles at her during an argument in the couple’s mobile home, authorities said. David Havenner, 41, was scheduled for a bond hearing Saturday on misdemeanor charges of battery and possession of an alligator. The alligator, which Havenner had been keeping in his bathtub, was turned over to Florida wildlife officials. Nancy Monico, 39, told investigators that Havenner beat her with his fists, then grabbed the alligator and swung it at her as she tried to escape, sheriff’s spokesman Gary Davidson said. She said the animal hit her at least once. She also told authorities that Havenner threw empty beer bottles at her, Davidson said. Havenner’s version of the story differed. I know the song quite well, but for the first time I actually thought about the lyric "if Columbus was wrong I'd drive straight off the edge" Well obviously he means that if the world were flat he'd drive off the edge. Not in a very good mood tonight. My dad called today, apparently car insurance is due soon. I have no money, at all. So, now I have to come up with money out of my ass. And of course he wouldn't just loan me the money until I can pay him, no way, that'd be too easy. So I'll probably just end up taking out extra on my student loans so I can at least eat, and have gas to get to work. :( It just sucks... now adam from calc is on his way over, we're gonna work on some homework, I REALLY don't want to be doing that tonight. :( not at all. Ok, so this is a bit strange. Last year, on one of my first days of work, I pull up to the stop light near Copp's on my way there. The guy next to me in a white impala was lookin' at me, and I glanced over, and he waved. I thought hmmm, do I know you?? I looked again, and no, I had no clue who this mysterious man in his late 30's was. I really thought nothing of it after that day, well, that was last August. Now, today July 20th, 2004... I pull up to the same stop light upon leaving work and heading home. A white impala (what is it with white impala's) pulls up next to me, I don't even notice, until the car honks to get my attention, I look over and if I didn't shit myself, it was the same god damn guy. This time I had my windows open, as did he. He yells to me, Nice car. I mumble, thanks. He says, I used to have one of those. I just smile and do one of those, i see, you freak.. kind of nods. Then the light turns and I bolt off tires squealing and all

So, I just woke up at 11:19 or so. Which is only 49 min. late for class. and only 40 min. left in class. So i figured, by the time I found some clothes and put them on, and ran down there, walked up the three flights of stairs, there would probably only be 10 or 15 min. left. So i just went on my computer. And Adam was logged on in the lab that our class is held in, so he let me know what was going on. Well andyway, I gotta work tonight 4-12, and I'd just like to congratulate Tara on single handedly defeating the giant cricket type thing that even shadow (her cat) was afraid of. I didn't like it much either, but it ran away from me, so I couldn't kill it. In other news... I need to put up a new Fun Fact so here goes... I went to the driving range and hit some golf balls, then I came back to my room and pretty much sat here all afternoon until around 4:30 when Aaron from across the hall and I decided that we would grill out the italian sausages that we had. Just got back from Des Moines aboot 30 min. ago, and I'm already posting, how 'bout that! Actually, it's just because I work at 4 ;) But andyway... What a great weekend, it was wonderful, went to dinner, saw I, Robot, which is very good by the way, Tara showed me around campus at Drake a bit and where her new apartment is. It was great, needless to say, it was hard to leave this morning ;) I made the drive back in 4 hours 30 minutes. Which broke my the previous record, from Jul 15, 2004, of 5 hours 15 min. I got on Interstate 35 and within the first 20 miles or so started following a white impala with Florida plates who was going about 80 mph. Then an SUV joined up with us, and one other car. It was now officially a convoy, for the next 100 miles or so, when we lost the SUV and the other car, so then it was just the Floridian and the Wisconsinite (me) going through uncharted territory also known as Northern Iowa, and Minnesota. I just finished running the trail behind putnam that goes by the back staircase at UWEC.. well, it was a bit longer than I thought, I walked the entire way from my hall to the other end of it, and then, realized that since that had taken me about 25 min. it was probably going to take me a while to run back. And I had left at 8:45, so it was about 9:10 if you can add... Well, it was getting really quite dark out, so I couldn't stop running or I would surely be lost. The trail is not lit, and the trees grow over it, making it very hard to follow the trail. Well, I made it back and I was dripping sweat, the one thing even moreso than the dark that kept me running, were the mosquitos, those bastards. And now, Aaron decided to go for a bike ride on the trail, and it's completely dark now, and he's completely crazy. Well, that's all from me for today. I'll talk to you all later!!!! So, I'm watching the All-Star game and they started playing Yanni, KLSnow and I agree that they should pay for making us hear that. Death to FOX at the hands of KL Snow and Zapho. That's what I say. I got my chapter 2 calc test that I took yesterday, back today, and the results are... I got a 96!!! woohoo! I improved over the last test even! :) I cleaned my room today, cleaned it allll up, did laundry and dishes and everything!! Now at 9:00 i'm going to play volleyball. Wow, this week is really REALLY gonna be tiring. I worked last night, I work tonight, thursday and saturday. I have a whole journal thing that I haven't kept up with, due on thursday for my Kins186 class. I have a chapter 2 calc test on monday, I have homework due tomorrow for calc, I have two labs, like worksheets, due for calc by thursday. And if I want I can redo the one's I got wrong on the chapter 1 calc test and get half the points back. Oh! and I still have my fast food homework assignment, and he gave us another assignment, a one page thing, that's also due thursday... so yeah... this is gonna be fun... I think the reason that I put stuff off like this sometimes is because I like the challenge of getting it all done. It's kind of a rush. As we talked about in my health and wellness class, it's Eustress, which is a good kind of stress, like being stressed about some kind of performance or something, and then doing good. Hi all! I'm in Rapids, just thought I'd hop on my dad's computer quick while he was gone to my uncle's for something. I'm glad it still works, though I doubt he'll appreciate the dents. The last couple days were great fun. Except working last night, ugh.. I was tired, and I just didn't want to be there. So when midnight hit, I was like.. Bye, i'm leaving. They had asked me to stay earlier, there was no chance. I hope it isn't as hot out where you are, as it is here. I was just mowing the lawn for my dad a while ago and I was thinking, you know.. All going about 65 or 70, note that the speed limit is 55. So I let the first two pass me, then I sped up and joined the middle of the convoy. Spiderman 2... It was a good movie, I only have one problem. Much like the Pirates of the Carribean. One of the last lines of the movie, if you've seen it, you'll know what I'm talking about. "Go get 'em tiger." WHY!?!?! I know that anyone on this planet could've come up with something more dramatic, maybe even something humorous, although that was rather humorous, but not from a comedic standpoint, more like, wow, that was dumb. I immediately compared it to the line about wearing a corset in Pirates. I can't see myself giving this movie great reviews, just because the one of the few things that really stick in my mind about the movie is that line. Unbelievable.. Well, I'm off... I finally cleaned up all my crap from the last time I went home, which was last weekend. I'm just making some ravioli for lunch. Mmm Mmm good... wait...that's campbell's.. oh well.
