I pity Bears Fans:
First off, this guy was talking crap on a Green Bay Packers message board. Secondly, he was talking up the Bears huge win over the 2-7 49ers. I felt the need to intervene. Here's what was said, first by the Bears Fan, then my Response:
"we have a big reason to it was windy and they had 8 guys in the box and we rushed for 170 yards and just about 70 passing. and there rushing def is not bad.they had the line stacked for the run and we killed them and they could not score 2 times at the 1 yard line and we had a 108 yard return an nfl first in that game and we took 1st in def yards we have 1st in td givin up rank in the top 10 for take away 1st in def redzone % r off has the best o-line in the nfl to make holes for r running game that big in a game where we could not throw do to winds of 40mph we rank 5th in rushing we rank low in passing but what can i say it sucks but is getting alot better.are rookie qb is making some mistakes but not as many as your qb has made this season u guys have to see it he is not what he uset to be remember the bears game we beat u in and u were on the winning drive and he just throws the ball right to a bears cb and in the playoff game he did the same mistak that cost u guys that game and from what ive seen this season is the samething him throwing the ball up and gets it picked off u guys need a new qb.he was a great come back qb but his time is gone and hes not the same."
My Response:
"Misused/missing punctuation: 15
Misspelling/wrong word (to instead of too): 9
Attempting to read a typical Bear fan's unintelligible thoughts: Priceless.
My facts to refute your claims about Favre's time "being gone":
Favre is on pace for the following -
Passing Yards - 4117
Touchdown Passes - 28 (this will probably be higher)
INT's - 26 (this will probably be lower)
For the reasoning behind the high interceptions look no further than the Packers IR. No running game (other than this week) + injured starting WR's = A lot of weight on Favre's shoulders.
The Bears have "the best o-line in the nfl to make holes for r running game", aka a good running game, and Muhsin Muhammad, who, if you don't remember, led the league in receiving yards and receiving td's last year. Yet, Kyle Orton continues to be terrible. Give Favre back Walker, Ferguson, and the running game and I guarantee those INT's are cut close to in half. The Packers Defense is better than anybody expected them to be so far this year, and next year they ought to be dominant.
mr3pk - Your sheer lack of intelligence baffles me. Is it your lack of education that leads you both to your extremely poor grammar and your being a Bear's fan, or is it something more deeply rooted into the empty confines of what you try to pass off as a brain?
I'm sorry, I'm using too much punctuation and too many large, I mean big, words for you. Let me write something you'll understand.

Thanks, I needed to read something like that. I always enjoy idiots getting put in their place. I hope he tries to comment back with something "intelligent."
